Away Days and Coaching.
Upskilling your team, investing in them and yourself will allow your organisation to grow and develop to support you to achieve greater success. We offer a wide range of tailored coaching, training and away day sessions to enhance the skills of your team. We also deliver one-to-one coaching for individuals to develop specific skills. Our away day sessions can be shaped by you for the needs of your team and include the following sessions either as a half day, a full day or specific activities:
Away Day Sessions:
- Best and Worst Leaders – looking at the traits of the best and worst leaders with activities for self reflection and improvement.
- Cultural Improvement – focusing on team dynamics and what makes a good and bad team culture. We will then collectively discuss how the team can grow and improve with some tangible actions.
- Service Improvement – an overview of tried and tested approaches to improving services with examples followed by an interactive session to embed these approaches into ways of working.
- Team Building – an interactive session of engaging and entertaining activities to support your team build strong working relationships and team working skills.
- Service User Persona – developing an understanding of a service user to allow your team to think more about their needs, goals and frustrations. This allows your team to think as a service user when delivering services to improve outcomes and quality.
